You likely found our site as you are tired with the extra time, work, and money that spam in your inbox is causing you. No filtering system is perfect and everyone still requires manual labour in order to confirm no legit emails are being lost or filtering through spams that made it through.

The reason spamming is growing into a serious problem is that it is big money for spammers and hard to halt on current email protocols. Because spammers want to keep profits up they put major resources into two primary areas:

They look for weaknesses in current filtering and email protection systems so they can exploiting those weaknesses to get around the filter, bog your filter down so it is inaccurate, or even finding ways to 'break' the filter so legit emails are blocked. The best filtering method to date has been a confirmation system but these too can be fooled by spammers but their most recent technique is to send messages that look like confirmation messages but are really only traps to verify to them your email is real. Because of this a growing number of people are not willing to follow any confirmation systems request in case it is a trap and thus legit messages from them are lost.
The other primary area spammers focus on is gathering as many email addresses as they can in order to send spams to them and/or to sell those email addresses to other spammers for profit at your expense.

How do we do this? We created an eForm service which is in simple terms a webpage contact form that never shows your real email address to the public. Visitors get to your contact form by following a link you can put on any website you like or even on your printed business ads. Once they have correctly filled in the message, it forwards that message onto your real email account and then it is up to you if you want to reply. If you reply that is the first time your real email address is sent to them.

Our eForm service also adds security that helps to enforce that all forms are filled out by a human and not an automated program. This means our clients can not be flooded with automated spams. Bulk spammers are in it for the money so hiring people to manually fill in spam on your contact form would quickly dissolve their profits. Spammers want automation and through our current system they can not get it. If we learned spammers found a way to send bulk email through our system we could block them from our site completely and work on improving our security further at no extra cost to you. Still, they would of only been able to initiate the conversation and could not learn your email unless you replied to them.

If you already have an email account getting spam, we recommend you get a new email account with a provider that puts it in writing that they do not sell your email information (be sure to read the writing as many provide a written security policy which if you actually read it you quickly learn is deceiving as it is really really a legal protection for them to sell your private information though the documents title and introduction would have you believe otherwise). Then never give out your email address publicly. Instead use a link to your eForm account for new public to contact you.
